Why we focus on moisture
After seeing enough peeling floors in garages built against a hill, we made moisture the starting point of every job. A meter and a simple taped-down plastic test tell us how much vapor is coming up through the concrete. That number guides the primer we choose and whether a coating is a good idea at all.
Our standards
We grind every slab with dust collection running. Cracks get filled and ground flush. Every quote is written and includes all the prep. At the end of the job, we walk the floor with you, hand over cure times and care tips and leave the space clean.
Respecting your street
Castro Valley streets are often narrow and steep. We park carefully, keep the sidewalk clear and let neighbors know if we will be loud for a few hours during grinding.

Saying no when it is right
If your slab has water running across it or a structural problem, we will recommend fixing that first. We would rather lose a job than install a floor that fails.
