What helps us plan
Let us know if your garage is built into a slope, whether the back wall ever gets damp and what is on the floor now. If you have a failing coating, the floor repair page explains the causes we look for.
Your visit
We check moisture, measure each area, look at cracks and old coatings and talk about finishes and colors. You get a written proposal with every step listed. The visit is free, and there is no pressure to book. We can often meet in the evening or on a Saturday.
A note on access
Tell us about steep driveways, shared drives or tight street parking, and we will plan our equipment and arrival time around them.

Timing around the rainy season
If you are thinking about a floor for a garage that gets damp, the best time to schedule is late spring through early fall, after the hillside has had a chance to dry out. We can still install in winter with the right primer, but a dry stretch makes everything easier. Booking a visit in the wet months is actually helpful: we can see exactly where the water shows up and plan around it.
