Start with the slab
Every garage begins with a moisture reading. Then we diamond grind the floor to remove sealers, paint, efflorescence and the weak top layer. Cracks, including the long ones that often run parallel to a retaining wall, get filled and ground flush.
Build the coating
We roll a primer suited to the moisture level, a pigmented base coat and, for many homeowners, a full chip broadcast. A clear topcoat seals it in and takes the daily wear.
Steep driveways and hot brakes
Cars coming down a steep hillside driveway arrive with hot brakes and tires. Cheap coatings soften under that heat and lift. A properly bonded system resists it, especially with a quality topcoat.
Basement-level garages
In homes where the garage sits below living space, the floor stays cool and can sweat in humid weather. A sealed floor is easier to dry and does not hold the musty smell bare concrete can.
Dust and silica
Our grinders are connected to vacuums to control silica dust. OSHA has a useful overview of why that matters.
